Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Party Planner ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Party Planner for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than intended
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Party Planner
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Vendor Accounts

Vendors who create an account on Party Planner agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about their business
• Maintain and update this information to keep it accurate and current
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under their account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
• Pay all subscription fees as outlined in the chosen plan

4. Subscription and Payment

Vendor subscriptions are billed annually at $499/year for Standard listings and $698/year for Featured listings.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion

5. Content Guidelines

Vendors must ensure all content (images, descriptions, reviews) is:

• Accurate and truthful
• Not misleading or deceptive
• Not infringing on any intellectual property rights
• Appropriate and professional
• Compliant with Australian Consumer Law

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Lead Distribution

Party Planner connects customers with vendors through our lead system:

• Leads are sent directly to vendors via email
• Vendors are responsible for responding to leads in a timely manner
• We do not guarantee any minimum number of leads
• Vendors must handle all customer information in accordance with privacy laws

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

Party Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We act as a platform connecting vendors and customers and are not responsible for the quality of services provided by vendors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to registered users.
